Founded by Pauletta Warfford, our mission is to provide dedicated and thoughtful support to seniors and their families, ensuring they receive the assistance and companionship needed to enhance their quality of life while aging in place.

As a native of Winston-Salem, Pauletta established Bridgewell Concierge after recognizing a crucial need for reliable and compassionate senior support within the community. With firsthand experience of the challenges families face in caring for their loved ones, she was inspired to create a service that acts as an extension of family, offering tailored care designed to enrich daily living.

Pauletta’s passion for serving seniors goes beyond a business endeavor—it’s a calling. Her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact is evident in the personalized attention and thoughtful services that define Bridgewell Concierge. With over 20 years of experience as a business executive and a background as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, she brings a unique blend of organizational expertise and hands-on care to her work.

Understanding the importance of balance in the lives of seniors and their families, Pauletta has designed a range of services to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether managing daily tasks or fostering emotional well-being, her holistic approach ensures seniors receive comprehensive and compassionate care.

On a personal note, Pauletta is a devoted wife, mother of two adult children, proud grandmother to a wonderful grandson, and a loving pet owner. With four parents between the ages of 74-84 who continue to live independently, she deeply understands the importance of maintaining strong family connections and preserving dignity in aging. Her personal experience further fuels her dedication to treating every client with the same warmth and care as she would her own loved ones.

Rooted in the Winston-Salem (Clemmons) community, Pauletta brings a local touch to Bridgewell Concierge, ensuring seniors receive not only practical support but also a deep sense of familiarity and belonging.
