Navigating changing care needs can feel overwhelming—for seniors and the families who love them. Bridgewell Concierge provides personalized, non-medical care management to help coordinate support, keep families informed, and make everyday life more manageable.

Services may include coordinating and accompanying clients to appointments, communicating updates to designated family members, connecting clients with local providers and resources, organizing calendars and follow-up needs, and assisting with transitions to a new home or senior living community. We serve as a consistent local point of contact and advocate, helping clients and families navigate next steps with greater confidence and peace of mind.

Personalized Pricing

Care management is priced separately from standard concierge services, with rates determined by each client’s needs, level of support, and scope of services. Hourly rates and any additional fees will be discussed with the client or responsible party and agreed upon in writing before services begin. Care management is not included in prepaid concierge packages unless specifically stated in writing.
